For this reason, all psychologists and lawyers who wish to volunteer must complete the course before beginning their work.

In this module, you'll learn all about the organization, volunteering and the resources offered.
Understand which criteria exist for requesting support through Mapa do Acolhimento.
You will have access to important documents such as the volunteer agreement, the service guidelines and the documentation templates for case follow-up.
We'll talk about important topics for a humanized and effective approach, such as: intersectionalities, revictimization, racialized psychotherapeutic and legal practice, welcoming trans women and travestis, active listening and building a bond, drawing up a safety plan, and more.
In this module, we'll delve into essential topics for the ethical and effective conduct of services. Secrecy and confidentiality, legitimizing discourse, non-judgment and building a shared decision-making process are some of the topics you'll see in module 5.
